Guide prices as at December 2009 -
Each quilt is quoted at a specific price, as the work completed will be different for every one.
However, as a guide - simple edge to edge quilting for a
twin size quilt will start from about £55, and for a cot quilt from £25.
The way the work is calculated is shown below, based on the square foot of the quilt top.

Loading and preparation time - £10 to £20 per quilt, depending on size

Plus per square foot/900 sq cms :
Quilting - £1.50 to £4.50 depending on style and design
Basteing - from £1 to £1.50

Also available per square foot/900 sq cms
(to match the size of your quilt top - no paying for excess)
Extra wide quilting cotton backing from 40p to 50p (per sq ft - can be up to 108" wide)
Extra wide batting from 30p to 40p (per sq ft - between 90" to 124" wide)
NEW for March 2010: extra wide 60/40 alpaca/wool batting
80p per sq ft up to 90" wide - good quality, soft, warm - and GORGEOUS!

Binding service per foot/30cms of quilt edge:
from £1 (made/attached)
to £2.50 (made/attached/hand finished)

I provide a variety of background meander fillers, including the traditional curly stippling style in various shapes and sizes as well as many alternatives - meandering leaves, hearts, vines, flowers, curls, S-darts, C-darts ....... and many others.
